I saw Keneally and Fripp in Dallas on this tour and that was my intro to
Mike. Of course he came back later with Vai and crew for their set but it
was a unique way to see him for the first time.

How did you manage that? My server is in the garage, in a box, under
an OM-1000 and an RPD-1000 I really should be putting on eBay because
they're sitting in my garage and I don't need them.

Are you a magician?

No, I just clecked on the link. (that's either the past tense, or a typo
I'm too lazy to fix.)

Woo! Thanks for the heads-up. There's a (hissy) audience recording
of the Fripp/Keneally opener from a Michigan show on that tour that
circulates in trading circles and is probably on a bittorrent tracker
somewhere even now, but this (which I just bought and am downloading)
should be way better sounding. I saw the,... was it the Chicago show
on this tour, at the Vic? Mike just sailed out onto the stage at some
impromptu-seeming moment, swooped around doing, I dunno, chordy things
and what-not, until I think I might have seen Fripp break a smile. RF
wrote highly of Mike's contributions later - I always loved reading
that diary entry.

The samples I listened to sound interesting, but is Mike only on the
track titled "Keneally"?

Samples? I just bought the thing and listened to it before I went to
sleep last night. I had really weird dreams.
