Just left Rumba cafe. Fun show. Started with Frozen Beef. I didn't
write down the setlist. Lots of Wooden Smoke, some Nonkertompf,
Gravity Grab, Wreckage Was Large, Car Song. Raining Inside, Floating
Face, Your House, You Kill Me, and Wing Beat Fantastic.
Rick was awesome. So was Mike, as always.

Mike, I will absolutely buy you a beer in Philly if you play "Wreckage".

Orion Studios show in Baltimore was great. Apparently it was "Frank
Zappa Day" in Baltimore, so Mike worked Idiot Bastard Son and bits
of Inca Roads and Jazz Discharge Party Hats into the set. Lots of
songs from Wing Beat Fantastic, which was my first exposure to the
album (I bought a copy there). Overall a great show.

I tried to record it, but just as the main set ended my digital
recorder decided to commit suicide and leaped off my lap onto the
concrete floor. Which disloged the memory card and erased the
entire recording. I noticed a bunch of other people audio and
video taping, so - if anyone got a good recording, I'd love to
see/hear it...

I've not seen anything on DaD as yet.

But I'm always hoping.

My recording of last night's show in Philadelphia will be up ASAP.
Hopefully by the weekend.

Mike and Rick played about 2.5 hours. Killer show. "Top of Stove
Melting" kicked ass and Oppy played a bit of trumpet on "Lil".

I talked to a taper after tonights show and may have a copy of it
sometime in the near future in exchange for a few of my shows. I don't
believe he participates in normal trading sites but made a pretty nice
recording based on the equipment I saw and some brief chat. We'll see how
it goes when he reviews it. If I can get it, I'll certainly share it.

Orion Studios show in Baltimore was great.
Arrrgggghhh! I was 40 minutes away in Stevensville at Experience PRS.
There was discussion about possibly making the Baltimore show depending
on timing, but w/Experience scheduled to end at 7:30, it wasn't going to
work out. It actually wrapped up around 9 with a final performance by
Mother's Finest - great show, but it would have been fabulous to have
made Mike's show as well.

I'll have to check DaD for shows...

Was at the Iridium show (1st set only) the other night. Highlights for me were "Bags," "Haugseth," "Wing Beat Fantastic," "Your House," "Frozen Beef" and especially "Bober." The harmony vocals on the latter tune really hit the spot for me for some reason.
